WELCOME TO THE MONROE #1 BOCES SCHOOL LIBRARY SYSTEM It is the mission of the Monroe #1 BOCES School Library System to provide equal access resource sharing to all students, teachers and staff, and provide professional development resources for school libraries. Monroe #1 BOCES School Library System is part of a statewide Interlibrary loan network that makes it possible to obtain virtually any information you need. This sharing of resources among libraries, provides access to academic, public and school collections in this region and across New York State. An advisory council of librarians, administrators and teachers determine policy, and a liaison group of school library media specialists representing each of our 10 component schools districts and 20 participating non-public schools determine procedures.
